If the dispute is not resolved within 14 days, the parties agree to submit to mediation with a mediator appointed by mutual agreement or, failing agreement, by the Australian Mediation Association.

Mediation will take place in New South Wales, Australia. The parties share the mediator’s fees equally and each party bears its own costs.

All communications during dispute resolution are confidential and treated as “without prejudice.”
